“Dimitri is the guy, I found him through my dad and I the service he provided was nothing less than perfect. He did my clutch and some other things for me. “I took my Ram R/T to River Road Garage for the first time. Lance the owner greeted me and he was extremely friendly. We talked about what I needed fixed and he was very up front about the repairs / cost. We ended talking for quite some time about cars and family,I got a really good vibe from Lance. I took a few days to decide. When I called to make my appointment Lance got my truck in with in a couple days and finished the job the same day. When I picked up my truck Lance and the tech that worked on my truck showed me the damaged parts and explained in detail about the repair. Again talked more about cars in general. I was completely satisfied with RRG and will be doing business with Lance and his shop again!! Thank you Lance and your team! Dave”

“The guys at Nick's were so awesome and found that the fix for my wipers was a much simpler (and cheaper!) issue than another shop had said. Went from a supposed $600 broken linkage (previous shop's false diagnosis) to less than half that price for tightening some loose bolts and running a full diagnostic on everything else my car might need. Even better, it didn't take more than just a few hours! Great experience altogether!”

“I had bought a car off Carvana and only had it for 2 months before the transmission blew out. This shop was covered under the warranty luckily and was close, with a good rating as it is. They were doing a good job with communicating to me through the few weeks it took to fully diagnose the issues, and install a new transmission. All while handling the communication with the warranty company making sure I only had to pay my co pay at the end making me feel at ease knowing I wouldn’t have to pay everything out of pocket.”

“I landed on this shop on accident. I originally chose another shop in the same neighborhood, but they seemed unfamiliar with the insurance process so I pivoted to Innovation Auto body. As soon as I called Innovation all my worries vanished. Kevin answered the phone walked me through the entire process, and even gave me an accurate timeline of how long my car would be in the shop. Every communication was a breeze, as Kevin was very familiar with the process, and even mentioned redundancies if they occurred and how much time that would add. I couldn't have landed with a better shop, and my vehicle looks the same as the day I purchased it. They even went above and beyond and washed the vehicle before releasing it to me. I will definitely be returning here if I need work done!”

Not only did they fix the damage, they also fixed a chip I had on a mirror attachment without any previous mention made about it. “I have been coming here for a long time to get my oil changed and have been extremely happy with their customer service, especially with Bob, who has always been super kind and helpful. For example, today when I came in, they mentioned that based on my mileage, I actually didn't need an oil change yet. To top it off, because I had been unsuccessful replacing my tail light because I couldn't get a bolt out, I asked them if they had any suggestions. Austin was kind enough to come out and try to get the bolt out and after several tries, we ended up agreeing that cutting off the bolt was the only way to get it out. He then went back into the shop to retrieve a cut off tool and cut off the head of the bolt, which allowed me to replace the taillight. I asked him how much I owed, and he said nothing, even after about 20 minutes of work. I'm extremely happy!”
