My car was not drivable and I needed it to be "in the shop" in order to qualify for a rental from insurance, and although they couldn't get me in for a few days the staff here helped me out with a loophole that qualified me for the rental. Everyone here was friendly and I want to especially thank Savannah for being especially helpful and communicative throughout the process. She even waited after close on a weekend for me to come back and get my bike which I had left behind in my excitement to have my car back. They recommended Gerber.I dropped my car off in the hands of Jake, the head guy there. I told him that I am very particular about my car and what I expected from them. He told me they have a whole new staff and they were going to take care of everything.The Gerber people went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the body work that they performed and then returned my car to me even cleaner than the day I dropped it off with them.I hope my car never gets hit again but if it did I would go back there.”

“I just got a lot of work done at this place, they were fast and easy at scheduling my drop off and pick up. Lupe was fantastic. The only downside I would say is from my wreck I had a very obvious alert that my license plate light was out and upon pick up after I was driving I realized they never repaired it. But other than that they were cool, my insurance recommended them. Just be careful pulling into this place it’s in a busy cross section and the bus stop divides the parking lot weird.”
