“I bought these wheels off of someone who was trying to restore them from looking like hot garbage and I ended up landing at Factory Wheel Outlet to have them restore these wheels and holy cow! They took these wheels which were bent! Curbed! Broken! And all around just looking like a steaming pile of dump to looking brand spanking new. I am more than satisfied with the repair they did for these wheels! On top of that, the turn around for these wheels was mind blowing, it only took a little less than a week from drop off to have these wheels restored and ready for pickup! If I ever need this kind of service again in the future I know exactly who to go with!”

“Excellent service! I blew out two tires on a dang drainage curb but couldn't afford to get the car fixed until payday. I called to ask about a time to get it towed in and explained I couldn't pay for a few days. They said bring it on in, we'll fix it and hold on to it until you get paid. They kept my car inside overnight for one night and were very patient waiting for my sad butt to get in there and pay up. Additional, instead of up-selling, there was no pressure. Because I slammed the curb pretty good, they did recommend alignment and I thought that was a good idea anyway. I will go back next time I need tires.”

“One Alignment was recommended to me by my mechanic after purchasing a used car. I was given their phone number to text back and forth about making an appointment. For about six weeks life kept happening, yet over and over they were prompt in trying to get me rescheduled the same day. They were always extremely kind and helpful. I called last minute today at about noon and I got in at 2pm! When my car was finished though I realized I needed a different credit card, which was at home. I didn't have anyone to bring it to me, and as humbling and completely embarrassing as it was to admit, I had to ask if I could run home and back bringing the correct card with me. Artur was hesitant at first, and absolutely rightly so! I made it back just in time before he left for the day and paid. He thanked me for being honest and I thanked him for being gracious and trusting enough to let me do that! Artur and his work were amazing, and I HIGHLY recommend coming here. Also, the alignment was $100 which is a smoking deal!Thank you Artur for your hard work and faith in me!”

“OMG They are so good!My car’s tire light came on, so I took it to the car dealer to have it repaired, but despite the repair, the tire light stayed on. So I took it to Les Schwabs and they fixed it even though I went there right before their closing time, and even more, the fix fee was free. “I brought in my hand truck today for a tire repair (I believe it came off the rim). I was assisted by Noah who was very kind to assess the problem and repair it. This tool is essential to me as I'm unable to lift heavy items (I was injured on the job in healthcare and I'm no longer supposed to lift over 30 pounds) and it's difficult to get assistance when you live alone. When I went to pick up the item there was NO CHARGE. I'm still in shock and was on the verge of tears at this act of kindness. I feel like everywhere nickel and dimes you these days and everything is just so expensive everywhere. I'm struggling to survive myself to the point I've not even gotten my winter tires put on yet due to that cost. Thank you Noah and Les Schwab (honorable mention to the gal at the front desk who checked me out, sorry I didn't catch her name, she fixed my last name for me which has been wrong since 2009, thank you). It really means a lot and essentially NO businesses are doing this anymore so THANK YOU. I made my appointment to get my winter tires put on because you guys deserve my business over anyone else and I figure prevention is key (better than a big repair and medical bills if I were in an accident due to inclement weather). I second the review below. COSTCO SUCKS. Don't purchase your tires there. Their service used to be fine (at first) but now it is terrible and I'd rather pay more to be assisted at Les Schwab. Even if you have an appointment you will wait 2-3 HOURS to have your tire change over completed STANDING UP (and I had to do this after just having surgery last time, tmi, sorry)..
