Employees were cheerful and busting their tails stock8ng shelves, grabbing things for people, being kind. I was obviously exhausted from my exertion on a hot day, one employee offered to carry some of my 4 bags to my car, since I couldn't bring the cart. I was super impressed! “This has quickly become my favorite store. Bi-mart reminds me of Walmart in the 90's. This is the only place I buy ammunition now and I have made many firearm purchases, it's always smooth and always competitively priced. Always great service And friendly staff. **UPDATE** as of 2026 the whole bi-mart franchise is still one of if not the best places to buy guns, ammo and work ware. Love all these guys.”

“It has definitely changed since Randi left managing. I'm seeing improvement lately. More stock. The staff is always nice. The prices are strange however. Items I can get in other grocery stores marked way to high, then the next item you see is a fraction of the price. Wish they were more consistent, but hey...makes getting a great deal an adventure anyway!”

“The cashier was polite and tried to clarify the pricing to me. However, I already knew that all the items in the store were priced between $1.25 to $5.00. I informed him that I was aware of this fact and pointed out that most of the items being sold for $5.00 were available for the same price at other stores.”
“SIGN UP FOR THE TEXT CLUB. There are so many amazing deals here every couple days the text club is a must have. The place is clean and well organized, only negative is some items are clearly bad or bad when you open them up, but it’s a gamble with the expiration date and product. Otherwise really good store.”
“Recently I was on a visit to Oregon to see family and I attended this very dollar tree. It was Wednesday night, and I must say, the cashier I spoke to was phenomenal.
I was having a terrible day. This may be tmi but the visit was spurred on by my grandmothers death, and I was in a very bad mood on Wednesday night. I came in just to buy an energy drink.
And just the energy that cashier gave. She was incredibly respectful, a little jokey. It just brought some light to my night that was goin so terribly.
I went to a couple dollar trees and similar stores on my trip, but that was suprisingly the highlight. I didn’t catch her name but it appeared she was the only cashier working. Please hire more employees like her, because even the smallest thing can make someone’s night. 10/10, will come to the same location
again next time I visit my family”
“Patricia was VERY nice helpful & friendly!!!! Plus the only reason I'm leaving a review and getting 5stars, the rest of the staff (manager included and worse offender) could not be bothered to tell you the time of day. I realize you're busy and short staffed but rude is rude, and 2 polite seconds is not going to make a difference in the unloading of a truck. The non employee stocking his company products was not helpful or nice either.
As a business owner I would love an employee like Patricia!”
“I shopped at both the nearby Safeway and here on the same day. Just proved that Safeway totally rips off customers for the same merchandise. I spent 2.50 on both a tube of toothpaste and 2 toothbrushes here. Would have cost 12 at Safeway!! You can get pretty much anything you need here.”
“They just upgraded their selections! There’s so much variety! Tiana did amazing, she handled a very difficult customer who was yelling at her and threatening that they would shop somewhere else, and told her the customer is always right! She was professional and calm! Will definitely be back!”
“This was the first time I've been to this location. It's pretty much like all Dollar Trees. They have a lot of stuff for what seems like little money until you leave, and you grabbed way too many things that you didn't intend on getting, but that is my fault, not theirs. “I just wanna give a huge shout out to a few employees in this store, Courtney, the new store manager, Erica, the freight manager, and Ethan the only freight guy basically! These three have worked so incredibly hard to keep the store running and in good condition Despite the other awful employees that used to work in this store. Everything is always so well stocked very organized. The cashiers ola, Ashley, evy and Mya are always so kind and sweet and always the greatest when checking me, or anyone else out. When these few workers are working on the floor, I know my shopping experience will always be top tier and these people don’t get enough credit for what they do!”
“This store is rather the largest that I've come by, but it is severely lacking in products.
Specifically, the crafter section has gone downhill for the last 6 months. They've now suck caring about half the wood projects.
And their fabrics are only one type and it was really nice being able to collect a variety of cloth from there.”

“This is the cleanest Dollar Tree I've ever been to. I travel a lot. I've been to so many different Dollar Trees in so many different cities and states, but this is the cleanest and most organized dollar store I've ever been to. And extremely helpful associates; I was looking for rubbing alcohol, they didn't have it on the shelf, and they went all the way to the back, brought the box, and gave me the amount that I wanted. Thank you so much to all of you. Your hard work is very noticeable.”
