“I really enjoy shopping here and have found some great pieces, but I’ve started to notice some frustrations with the selling process. The biggest issue for me is the lack of transparency. When I bring in high-quality items, they often sell, but I don’t see much of the profit. I also have no idea how much the store sells my items for, since you only find out what you earned afterward. On top of that, if an item doesn’t sell, it may end up being donated without much communication.
I still appreciate the store, but I think clearer information about pricing, profit sharing, and what happens to unsold items would make the experience a lot better for sellers”
“This has quickly become my favorite store. Bi-mart reminds me of Walmart in the 90's. This is the only place I buy ammunition now and I have made many firearm purchases, it's always smooth and always competitively priced. Always great service And friendly staff. **UPDATE** as of 2026 the whole bi-mart franchise is still one of if not the best places to buy guns, ammo and work ware. Love all these guys.”
“Okay, i understand that this store is nolonger in it's former glory however, they do have a decent selection of appreciated wines, to be exact, Sphinx cabernet chauvignon! Also, I'll just say the employees are still just amazing as ever.”

“Though I call this store $1.25 Tree now haha, the quality and variety increased! Super thankful that the cards are still the same price and the things I need are quite reasonable-priced still such as some snacks and kitchenware. I also loved the variety of things when it's seasonal, such as the Valentine's goodies.”

“The cashier was polite and tried to clarify the pricing to me. However, I already knew that all the items in the store were priced between $1.25 to $5.00. I informed him that I was aware of this fact and pointed out that most of the items being sold for $5.00 were available for the same price at other stores.”
“Recently I was on a visit to Oregon to see family and I attended this very dollar tree. It was Wednesday night, and I must say, the cashier I spoke to was phenomenal.
I was having a terrible day. This may be tmi but the visit was spurred on by my grandmothers death, and I was in a very bad mood on Wednesday night. I came in just to buy an energy drink.
And just the energy that cashier gave. She was incredibly respectful, a little jokey. It just brought some light to my night that was goin so terribly.
I went to a couple dollar trees and similar stores on my trip, but that was suprisingly the highlight. I didn’t catch her name but it appeared she was the only cashier working. Please hire more employees like her, because even the smallest thing can make someone’s night. 10/10, will come to the same location
again next time I visit my family”
“Patricia was VERY nice helpful & friendly!!!! Plus the only reason I'm leaving a review and getting 5stars, the rest of the staff (manager included and worse offender) could not be bothered to tell you the time of day. I realize you're busy and short staffed but rude is rude, and 2 polite seconds is not going to make a difference in the unloading of a truck. The non employee stocking his company products was not helpful or nice either.
As a business owner I would love an employee like Patricia!”
“I shopped at both the nearby Safeway and here on the same day. Just proved that Safeway totally rips off customers for the same merchandise. I spent 2.50 on both a tube of toothpaste and 2 toothbrushes here. Would have cost 12 at Safeway!! You can get pretty much anything you need here.”
“This store is rather the largest that I've come by, but it is severely lacking in products.
Specifically, the crafter section has gone downhill for the last 6 months. They've now suck caring about half the wood projects.
And their fabrics are only one type and it was really nice being able to collect a variety of cloth from there.”

“We make a weekly trip to our Grocery Outlet to buy things like green plantains, mixed nuts, Lara bars, kombucha, and avocado oil. These items are priced below other grocery stores but we cannot depend on them being in stock. The only downside of shopping here is that they are often stocking shelves, making it tough to get around the store.”
