“I went to this Xfinity shop twice. I would give 10 stars, if I could! I wasn't happy with the outcome during my first visit. Next day I decided to go back, and I was able to talk to Gibson, the Assistant Manager. He was amazing. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they are treated with respect and receive the best possible service. What really stood out to me is that he doesn't seem focused on simply making a sale. He truly wants to find the best solution for each customer, and you can tell that he takes pride in his work and in the store. He has a strong desire to make this shop the best it can be, and that commitment really shows. It's refreshing to meet someone in a management position who is so dedicated, helpful, and customer- focused. Xfinity is fortunate to have someone like him representing the company. He is a great example of what excellent customer service and leadership should look like.”
