Felt valued as a customer and they were attentive to my specific needs. And I got the Apple Watch I’ve been wanting for a while now! Took advantage of the paid service to help me get it all set up. As someone who is capable of figuring it out, it was definitely worth it to walk out the store with everything set up just the way I wanted!”

“Christian was very helpful and explained all of the prices. He helped me find the phone that I wanted. He answered all of my questions. My wait time to be helped was less than 10 minutes. He also told me how I could transfer all of my photos and contacts. He also helped me set up my email. I would recommend this T mobile store to people who are looking for a quick and pleasant cell phone experience.”

“UPDATEI had given this location 1 star a year ago due to the person working there instead of helping told me to just do everything online(I am not technology savy thats why i had originally came in) however on Monday February 5th I went in because I wanted to inquire about wifi and maybe about trading in my phone, because of my previous experience I went in thinking I had to do this all online however I was wrong. Mikaela was the one who helped me and Mann did she help me. She was super patient, knowledgeable and most important she gave me one of the best customer service. She compared my current line to a new shiwed me the difference and most importantly showed me how I can save money in the long run. I left feeling taken cared off and because of Mikaela I am given this a 5stars.”

“I’ve gone in to this T-Mobile store twice in the last month, and both times had phenomenal customer service. I originally stopped in to see how much a new phone would cost and was assisted by James and Isaac J. They ended up helping me figure out something on my bill that had been an ongoing issue for 14 months, that I had asked about at 3 other stores but hadn’t gotten a resolution. They spent over an hour on the phone with customer care with me to make sure I was taken care of. When we were ready to purchase, we bypassed the store near our house to return to Oak Grove since they had been so helpful. We were assisted by Isaac W and the district manager Chris, and we recieved some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had. They spent time making sure we were getting the absolute best deal. I will probably never go to a different at T-Mobile store and will drive out of my way to come here. The staff will give you one on one attention and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I would give 10 stars if I could, thank you all so much!!!”

After an initial discussion on plans/rates/options, the port over for two phones and plan sign-off took less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer centric service by these guys - if you know what level of cell phone service you want.”

“This review is for the T-Mobile retail store near Pioneer Courthouse Square in PDX. Our first visit in to this store and they were exceptionally helpful and kind. We were mainly helped by the manager Lee who went above and beyond to make sure our requests were taken care of, from porting a phone from another carrier to helping us with home internet. Patient, friendly, welcoming staff... have never had such a stellar experience in a cell phone store. I'd give 10 stars if I could, these folks are amazing. Thanks again for taking care of us.”

“Welp, It finally happened. They have Cable internet now. I'm currently using the 100/5 plan and I get the full speed offered and I haven't had an issue with any downtime. I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars due to the service now being offered. It's finally a real internet company. *wipes tear from eye* it's grown so fast.Another Edit Jan/2020: After about two years of using their high speed internet I'm starting to get a little frustrated. When I first got cable internet it was fantastic.. as stated above I've got the 100/5 plan and things we're going well. but nowadays it seems on peak time I'm only getting maybe 10-15mbit down, as well as huge latency problem. I understand wanting to get the community on high speed internet but you shouldn't overload your systems while trying to do it. If you don't have the capacity to offer the speeds we're paying for slow your cable internet rollout down. Hopefully these problems will be fixed in the near future.Edit 3 electric-booga-bee 3/15/20: So it would appear they have done some upgrades to their system or fixed whatever issues they've had for now. I once again am getting the speeds I pay for and the service has been pretty reliable for the last few months. which makes this review go back up to 5 stars.”

“Changing phone carriers is never something many look forward to - let alone, cross their mind. However, when rumors were leaked that T-Mobile would be moving legacy plans to their newer plans, this immediately became something I constantly thought about as I couldn't afford to pay double the price. One of the first stops I made was the Verizon store at Gresham Station. Andrew immediately greeted me and let me explain the situation while understanding that I was only in the research phase and would not be signing/transferring anything until the news was confirmed the following week. This didn't phase Andrew at all - in fact, he continued to work with me to find a plan that suited my needs without using any sales tactics. When we finally aligned on a plan that matched, Andrew handed me his business card and said that I could text him with any questions. Little did he know, I would be taking him up on his offer and asking him questions every other day for the next two weeks. During those two weeks, I went to AT&T and sadly admit, other Verizon branches to see if the offers varied and out of all of these experiences, none of them compared to Andrew's. The level of care, and willingness to work with me and remember the facts is what made me return to officially become a Verizon customer! Even after signing the contract and needing to wait to port the number over because of my complex situation, Andrew still worked with me instead of telling me to call customer service. His level of dedication to serve the needs of the consumers is why I am happy to have become a Verizon customer and will not be switching phone carriers anytime soon.”

They showed us a masterclass in customer service that I have rarely seen in my own 14 years of customer service and support experience. Easiest 5 stars of my life. Manager gets a 1 star, though.
