They were very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure my grandma and I completely understood everything before moving on. Even though I showed up 30 min before closing Angela went out of her way to make sure my new phone was loaded and ready to go. She stayed almost 45 min past closing on a Saturday night to ensure I was covered. And the whole time she remained pleasant with a smile on her face. That's customer service at its best. “100% will do business here again. *Gracie* at T-Mobile store 412 at SE 119th & SE Division in Portland was nothing short of wonderful. She's knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and super helpful. My phone was stolen, and she helped me complete the replacement procedure, going above and beyond what was required of her. She explained the process perfectly. I didn't have a way to complete my insurance claim online, so she walked me through it herself. Not only did she help me complete the procedure to secure a new phone from my claim; she also understood the bugs in the system that I would not have been able to navigate myself (like the changing birthdate, where the system moves it back one day from screen to screen)! <--I might have missed that! I'm now waiting on my new phone. Thanks, Gracie. I hope you get many more positive reviews. The more I interact with T-Mobile, the more I know I made the right choice sticking with them for so many years, after having iffy and negative experiences with AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon. Instead of immediately pushing me toward a new phone or plan, Chris took the time to explore options for freeing up storage on my current device. He managed to free up a significant amount of space, which saved me from having to buy a new phone, and I really appreciate that.Chris also provided a thorough breakdown of the costs and benefits if I were to upgrade my phone and switch to a new plan. He was very transparent and knowledgeable, but there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision on the spot. When I'm ready to upgrade, I will definitely come back to see Chris. His honesty and customer-focused approach really stood out, and I highly recommend him if you need assistance at T-Mobile.”

“I just had to pick up my self install package and so already expected a pretty quick trip, but it ended up being quicker than I anticipated. For someone like me that was just picking up an item that was already ordered and ready to go, the associate still managed to be more than helpful. He gave me contact information and helpful tips that would allow me to start service is smoothly as possible and instead of pushing a phone line on me, he briefly mentioned the deal and was honest when i told him about the deal that I already had, and let me know that the cost will be about the same as well as the service. I always dread going into those types of places, and had expected a pushy sales person but was pleasantly surprised when I was instead met with a friendly associate who gave me exactly what I needed without any hassle.”
