“My husband and I were super loyal Comcast customers for years. Their constant rate increases, surprise fees, and no-notice promotional endings became too obnoxious to manage. We switched to T-Mobile and received excellent support and new rates for both our internet and phone service! The store also looks really nice inside. I love the purple theme because purple is my favorite color. They also have lots of nice pictures and tvs showing various things.”

“There could be some updates done in the company. Yet over all, I do like BCT. We have utilized their services since the 80s over the yrs. We try to stick local as best as possible these days and they are not a bad service. As said, "some" things could change to be more competitive. Outside of that, still love them. More customers to them, better opportunity for them to be more competitive and again, they are locally run...”
