“I’ve had gigabit fiber running solidly, with no downtime that I know of, over the last 6 years. Love the bandwidth and latency. And the price hasn’t changed for me (and they say it never will?!).
Haven’t needed to contact support… but I do use my own equipment.
Looking forward to 2.5gb in the future hopefully one day.”

“I needed to transfer my phone number to my new iPhone and was having a lot of trouble doing so on my own. Thankfully I was able to get into Verizon shortly after opening. There was only one other customer ahead of me and I was greeted and helped within 3min. I worked with Brayden and he was an absolute delight. Once he had all the information, he was able to get everything transferred over very quickly! I will absolutely be back to this location with any future Verizon needs!”
