“I seldom have to send anything via UPS so this was a new experience for me. Both employees at the desk were helping other customers when I came in. Shortly after, several other customers came in, and I appreciated the calm and unflustered manner each employee maintained as the line grew. When my turn came, the man who assisted me set me on the right path with the correct envelope I needed instead of the one I'd taken from the shelf. I appreciate his helpfulness and how he made the experience a breeze.”

It has a million little chocthkis knick knacks and curiose tucked in amongs the bric-a-brac and honey funk. “I am not completely satisfied with my mail /package delivery but I know post office in West Linn is relatively good in contrast to other locations. Don’t dis-encourage hard working postman, be nice and help them do better. At least, all employees here in West Linn location are super nice and friendly, eager to help.”
“Great service.... Friendly and professional. I happened to show up at open on a day that the air quality was bad due to wildfires.....when I called the service number, the determination had already been made to cease operations for the day(which in understandable, and common for the area) After having me hold to verify my pallet was already unloaded and ready to pickup...... There was no hesitation by the workers to pull me around to pick up, when they could have easily used the reason that they are closed, to come back another day.Having workers who are dedicated to customers is getting harder to find, and I'm very appreciative of the professionalism shown by the local UPS Freight employee that helped me.”

“Amazing for returns!! They accept FedEx, UPS, and USPS. No more running around to a bunch of different stores. Plus, the owners are so sweet. I will be doing all of my returns here from now on. They also do Passport photos, and a bunch of other services. Bonus—there’s a very cute antique mall downstairs.”
“Ordered a tire machine from eBay and picked it up here at the terminal. Read all the bad reviews and was preparing for a headache; however it was the opposite. Arrived and checked in at the office, then drove my truck down to the “will call” section. Everything was loaded up quickly. One crate was damaged but the contents were in fine. People were nice… so not sure why so many 1 star review.”
“One of the better USPS in Portland tbh! I need to explore a few more but unlike the mall 205 and Gresham location this one is by far the best one! I enjoy the staff here always good service and never usually a long line or wait.”
