“I like the ease of working with this place and everyone I’ve worked with there so far with the exception of Kendra has been wonderful. When Kendra is working she argues with me about whether I have packages or not. I have had many packages sit in the mailbox due to this, despite my efforts to obtain them. This is problematic because I order time sensitive items for my company and when packages sit I am charged storage fees. This is unfair considering I show up to get the packages and Kendra states they are not there.... despite them showing up in my postal place dashboard as ready for pickup.To expand on this review, I wish the owner had reached out to me about my issue with one of her employees directly. Instead, the worker named above decided to confront me about the review I left. As a business owner myself, I would never allow an employee to confront one of my paying customers about a review of their experience. I find that conduct to be incredibly unprofessional and once again I'd appreciate the owner reaching out to me directly, as I can't seem to find contact information for her online.I was in the middle of picking up packages from a new hire and taking a business call when she followed me out into the parking lot to discuss this review. I had to end my call to discuss this with her. Then a customer had to come outside of the postal place to retrieve her to do her job.She's named on here specifically, due to the fact that I haven't had issues with ANY of the other employees but I've had CONSISTENT issues with her conduct. When you work with the public, you're going to be named in a review eventually, whether it's a good review or a poor one.Once again, if the owner could reach out to me directly, I would very much appreciate it. I can't imagine this is the look she wants for her Postal Place.”

“It's awkward to turn into the parking lot based on its proximity to the intersection and lack of turn lane, but I go here for Amazon returns and it's always a quick and easy process once you're at the counter. I generally go in after work before they close and often walk straight up to the counter. At most there are a couple people to wait on which is typical for ups stores I've been to. The lines are at least shorter than the post office, but the post office is cheaper, of course.”

“This is a great location. They have a self serve kiosk for Amazon returns that’s super easy to use. The staff is wonderful. They’re always kind and happy. They decorate the store for all holidays and even give out free stickers and treats! I always go to this location.”

“The little gem of a station is just off SE Powell at SE 14th. It is a gem, often overlooked in favor of the larger Brooklyn Station on SE 7th. The result is generally shorter lines (if there are any at all). During the last couple of visits, there is one person "holding down the fort." It's better to have your packages securely taped prior to sending them, only because there are *occasional* shortages of packing supplies you may otherwise have a last-minute need for.”
“Great service.... Friendly and professional. I happened to show up at open on a day that the air quality was bad due to wildfires.....when I called the service number, the determination had already been made to cease operations for the day(which in understandable, and common for the area) After having me hold to verify my pallet was already unloaded and ready to pickup...... There was no hesitation by the workers to pull me around to pick up, when they could have easily used the reason that they are closed, to come back another day.Having workers who are dedicated to customers is getting harder to find, and I'm very appreciative of the professionalism shown by the local UPS Freight employee that helped me.”

“I am a long-time customer and mailbox-subscriber. This is a really nice place. The employees are awesome, and they are professionals. Sometimes wait times can be long, but guess what? That's because the employees are dealing with humans. And humans are.... you guessed it... complicated! I would like to say thank you to the folks who work at this location. One-star reviewers are just so unreasonable. Please be kind to these folks. They work hard, and they deserve better than that. My one gripe would be that they should be allowed to have a tip jar. :-)”

Parking was easy (small lot), so I loved not having to search for parallel parking. I was able to mail a package and get a money order with no problem.This would be my recommended NW Post Office for a friend!”

“Ordered a tire machine from eBay and picked it up here at the terminal. Read all the bad reviews and was preparing for a headache; however it was the opposite. Arrived and checked in at the office, then drove my truck down to the “will call” section. Everything was loaded up quickly. One crate was damaged but the contents were in fine. People were nice… so not sure why so many 1 star review.”

“I've never had a single problem with the office for USPS at 3850 SE 82 Ave. Of course, I try to be as positive a person as I can so my transactions go smoothly. I'm hoping the other complaint ones don't go in on Christmas Eve or trying to rush them through what they want because they are late for dinner or a plane. That's just plain dumb. Try having a smile on your face and accept it and to your best to be nice. It is reciprocal. Give grumpy you'll get grumpy.”
