They have all kinds of little gifts, knickknack type of stuff, paper, tape, etc. And during the Christmas holiday they have a rack w/these miniature record players that really work and comes w/ three little Christmas records that can actually play!!”

“We were trying to get a rush print job done and I hadn't ever visited this particular location before but after calling multiple print and ship shops and some big box store office and print shops, this was the first location that actually answered their phone and they were incredibly helpful. Not only did they get me a quick turn time on a large 200 plus page print job, but they were friendly, polite, efficient, and the job came out perfect. It has a million little chocthkis knick knacks and curiose tucked in amongs the bric-a-brac and honey funk. I happened to show up at open on a day that the air quality was bad due to wildfires.....when I called the service number, the determination had already been made to cease operations for the day(which in understandable, and common for the area) After having me hold to verify my pallet was already unloaded and ready to pickup...... There was no hesitation by the workers to pull me around to pick up, when they could have easily used the reason that they are closed, to come back another day.Having workers who are dedicated to customers is getting harder to find, and I'm very appreciative of the professionalism shown by the local UPS Freight employee that helped me.”

Getting a passport and dealing with official documents and stuff always stresses me out; I’m just an anxious girlie and this person was so lovely to interact with and really made the experience so pleasant! “I've come in many times to drop off pre-paid packages, never had any issues. It just typically adds one more day before the package gets its first scan compared to dropping off at the post office, in my experience. I've also had copies made here and shipped a few packages, staff have always been attentive and courteous. Note if you mail a package from here, the rates are more expensive than the post office, and prices on packaging are steep, so you're paying for the convinience.”

“My appointment was at 3:00pm and I was out at 3:03. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable— I had come with printed instructions on Canadian passport photo requirements but they were already on top of it and knew exactly what was needed.
I regret not bringing my dog so his photo could be added to the wall of dog photos!”
