“Recently switched to Verizon and had an issue not getting calls on my new phone. For about a month, I made several calls and chats with Verizon Customer Support, but it always ended with getting disconnected. I decided to go in store and wish I'd done that sooner! Kirill was extremely helpful and patient in getting me to the tech support line and waited almost 2 hours with me until the issue was resolved. He is very personable (and not just trying to get your money), and I'll definitely be visiting the store if I need anything else in the future. Thank you, Kirill!”
