The gentleman there is very nice, and when I called with an issue later, he even swapped me out for a new screen at absolutely no charge as his services come with a warranty that he stands behind. Even though they specialize in Apple products, they were able to give me not only a reasonable quote, but also a timely and fabulous repair. They said they wouldn’t charge me if they couldn’t fix it, and their work went way above my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need a repair from a knowledgeable and fair technician.”

“I took my MOTO smart phone to the VERIZON store where I bought it because it stopped ringing. The greeter at the door (after 20 minutes) tells me that it's so old that the speaker has probably failed they only sell them and no longer repair them. A new MOTO to replace my phone is $300.00 . on my way out of the store he said "you might try the fixoids across the street". Went in and a very nice guy met me before the shop door closed and had my phone inhand by the time I stopped at the counter. In less than five minutes he had that thing blasting out ringtones I didn't know were in there. THANKS and happy new year.”

He had a very disgruntled and angry older gentleman that was a customer also and he was very respectful and very stern in his words of telling the gentleman that he had to wait for the cash system to turn back on to take a cash payment, The older gentleman wanted nothing to do with him and said you are Verizon. I am going to take it out on you and then he had enough and decided to talk to me about how bad the customer service was. I told him to mind his business and Hunter jumped in very professionally and asked him to leave, and to not confront other customers with his issues. Hunter had great customer service helped me pick out a great case and showed me how to put it on my phone kudos to him for keeping a calm head and persevering through a tough situation”

“I need Elizabeth and I came in this afternoon and Alejandro has been very helpful for me I have to say that I am a senior and therefore some things in technology I find puzzling and I was unable to sync my newer phone that I got right here at Verizon with an older tablet that I got at Costco and Alejandro was a genius he fixed the two he thinks the two phones not only that but he also we talked about quoted me how much it would cost me if I'm going to get the the mobile data if I'm going to get the mobile data because I right now my tablet is not a synced with my phone to get the mobile data so I need that for secure service when I'm traveling but Alejandra was very patient and I really appreciate that because it's harder for someone who is born when I was to always get all this straight so thank you you're wonderful you get all the stars I could give you”

“I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone, they know their stuff and are really helpful and fast,After a disaster at a different shop building my PC that resulted in two weeks of wasted time, an attempt to charge full price for incomplete work and a broken motherboard, the guys at northwest computers were helpful, knowledgeable, kind, really fast, fair and best of all really very helpful, I had them finish the build that was already messed up by the other shop.They were able to do the work in a day!! I dropped my parts of at 5pm (they close at 5:30) Evan built my computer and had it ready for me before closing the very next day (Other place took a week plus to tell me they couldn't do it) the guys at NW knew the case I had and all the things I would need for my parts to work on that case, they got it all done and done right! You might pay a little more up front than other shops but you are paying for expertise and professionalism, and it well likely save you money in the long run,Definitely check them out for anything you might need computer related, they are great!Thanks guys!”
