“I called to ask questions about copy/folding services. I don’t use these services regularly, and know little about them, I’m not a big tech savvy person. That said, I began in with my questions, and every answer was so rude and condescending; his tone insinuated that I should know these things. So, I stop asking questions and show up instead. A wasted trip, and added stress. Thankfully the gentleman I spoke to at the counter was kind, but the damage was done…eventually I got the order in, they did a great job, and the gentleman I worked with was professional and kind. So, yeah, I could have summed up the whole experience with 2 stars due to some jerk, but too many good interactions and results helped. Oh, the internet program to submit was glitching, and I wound up doing the order twice, that was annoying; but the goodness still overcame all that.”

“I go to OfficeMax here to print, scan and email documents due to the affordability. I enjoy using the self service, its a clean station and if i need customer service, the people's there are helpful. I am pleased that the price for these services are reasonable. Special shout out: Derek the store manager, thank you kindly for helping me out today on 8/12/26 I appreciate your kindess ;)”

“I have been going to this postal annex since they opened and honestly, I just don’t go anywhere else. They are so good about helping me package my things the right way so that it’ll cost me the least about of money and I know 100% the will take care of the package. It’s hard to trust people these days, but everyone I’ve worked with here is wonderful!”
