“I personally don't own any shoes from this store (yet) but would highly recommend coming in here and talking with the staff. Heather has an extensive knowledge in orthopedics and can answer just about any question you may have about your feet. She's thorough and takes her to assess your feet and you can learn so much just chatting with her! Since the store is considered Medical, you have 7 days to return if you're not satisfied and "insurance is only covered if you're diabetic." They also accept HSA cards which is great! I'm really glad I found this place and will definitely plan to come back.”

“The staff here made my son feel like a complete superstar shopping for back to school shoes. They were so helpful grabbing sizes(it took us a while) and just so nice! They had some deal that if you bought a pair of shoes it was 30% off a book bag.They had a decent selection of Van shoes and clothing as well. Reasonable prices per usual Van prices, just a Really nice spot ? Highly recommend if your looking for Van's.Also the fellow at the cash had the most contagious laugh and I give him 5 stars alone!”

“I just wanted to say that Janette is one of the MOST amazing humans I’ve ever experienced! My mother and I took my 3 year old son on a little daddy son day at mall and stopped by your store to try some sandals on. Instead we walked out 2 pairs of Hoka’s (which I’ve never experienced before) and 2 dress shoes for my mom. She was so freaking kind! She talked with us for a long time about family, then she gave me my first foot measurement and I found out I have extra wide feet!Give this woman a raise! Or a bunch of cookies ? There’s another salesperson in the store who we met later, he wasn’t nearly as cool as Janette. He’s cocky, and loud and looks like used car salesman. lol! Sorry bro.”

“My friend and I were at this store on Friday Aug. 12th around the early evening. An unfortunate event was occurring where a customer needed medical assistance. I can’t express enough how well the man dealing with the situation handled himself. All of the workers were doing such a great job, but whoever was the one on the phone with emergency services absolutely deserves some recognition. He was so calm, kind, and respectful to the customer needing help. He took initiative of the situation and really was the only one doing anything helpful. We didn’t end up buying anything, but we saw lots of stuff we loved and great prices!”

“BRO I SWEAR I SAW THAT TIKTOKER IRENEDOLL WORKING HERE, I DIDNT KNOW SHE LIVED IN OREGON OMF- we circled around like stalkers and I feel like the guy who was at the door probably saw us staring (he might've not). Anyways, we walked in and looked at some shoes, I'm not a big sports or shoes person so I just kind of browsed and walked away but everything is pretty nice and everyone who works there is also cordial, but again I didn't buy anything so I didn't interact with them much.”

“As a customer:Really great shoe store for anyone getting their first heel to their 50th pair. The sizes are limited (5W to 10W, sometimes 11) but the prices are unbeatable. Other stores like Windsor and Pacsun sell some of the same brands of shoes for double the price. The owner is also the sweetest person ever. I lost count of how many shoes I own from Trend Shoes. Lots of styles from tie-up heels to glittery sandals and thigh high boots. I think there’s something here for anyone looking for shoes. Just can be hard to have your size sometimes (especially if you have smaller or larger feet, because those sizes sell out quickly).As an employee:Fun place to work at and all the coworkers are lovely. Super flexible hours and nice discount on everything! The hardest part is dealing with entitled customers which can be really difficult and mood-dampening. But this is a fun job and I’m glad it was my first! ☺️”

“I just went in to Loft at the Clackamas town center to look for slacks to wear to my new job. For reference, I am about 6’0” tall, and I have looked everywhere for slacks that fit. I came in today and the women that helped me out were so kind, looked up every single pant I tried on to ensure they came in talls, and took the time to point out pants in store that ran long. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be back the next time I need business casual wear!”
