“I bought some Jordans online in my normal size, when they arrived they didn’t fit, too tight, I went into the store and the guy there explained this particular pair of Jordans run smaller and tighter and recommended the next size up. Fit perfect and exchanged the old pair, plus got a 14$ credit back. Nice work in customer service.”

“My friend and I were at this store on Friday Aug. 12th around the early evening. An unfortunate event was occurring where a customer needed medical assistance. I can’t express enough how well the man dealing with the situation handled himself. All of the workers were doing such a great job, but whoever was the one on the phone with emergency services absolutely deserves some recognition. He was so calm, kind, and respectful to the customer needing help. He took initiative of the situation and really was the only one doing anything helpful. We didn’t end up buying anything, but we saw lots of stuff we loved and great prices!”

I came in today and the women that helped me out were so kind, looked up every single pant I tried on to ensure they came in talls, and took the time to point out pants in store that ran long. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be back the next time I need business casual wear!”
