“On 5/11 around 12 pm, Sam helped me pick out some jeans. I had visited 4 other stores in the mall and none of the associates helped me the way Sam did. She came up and asked what I was looking for. I specified the jeans I wanted and that I have a hard time finding ones that are long enough. She sent me to the dressing room with a few while she went around the store and grabbed at least 4 more pairs for me to try. I ended up getting 3 pairs of jeans!! This was definitely a win since jeans are so hard for me to find. I hope Sam gets the recognition she deserves because I would not have found these without her help.”

During a recent visit, they helped me to pick the correct size and style of clothing. They checked on me while in the dressing room and changed out sizes of garments. Wonderful customer service like all retailers used to do. So nice not to have to get dressed to go get other sizes myself! Merry Christmas!”

“I just went in to Loft at the Clackamas town center to look for slacks to wear to my new job. For reference, I am about 6’0” tall, and I have looked everywhere for slacks that fit. I came in today and the women that helped me out were so kind, looked up every single pant I tried on to ensure they came in talls, and took the time to point out pants in store that ran long. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be back the next time I need business casual wear!”

It seems like the store is a colorful Hot Topic (in a good way). Small but good variety of anime (mostly Studio Ghibli) items. I would say 1/2 of the store is pop culture and disney things.
Pricing is alright.”
