She should be an educator and pt on phone. Ty for her professionalism and understanding. Regarding bank policy. See other accounts connected via transfers to mine. “Not my local branch, but I needed to do business in Hermiston. Funny layout of the property, I drove past and had to go around the block, the property is LONG and narrow. Hermiston branch is A LOT cleaner outside than the Pendleton one. My teller was extra helpful”
