Us bank has always treated me well they dont have loan structure like a credit union but they have their own good attributes

Not my local branch, but I needed to do business in Hermiston. Funny layout of the property, I drove past and had to go around the block, the property is LONG and narrow. Hermiston branch is A LOT cleaner outside than the Pendleton one. My teller was extra helpful

I love this bank. The tellers are very helpful and knowledgeable and quick. They are kind and interact with you while handling your money needs.
