NAPA is always helpful. The store in Hermiston has a great personality and very helpful guy. They saved me by recommending a local traveling mechanic and letting me fix my truck in their parking lot. Guy can grab a part, save on gas, and grab DEF or a solenoid for a farm truck. The only car place for business in Hermiston, very helpful and on top of their game. Highly recommend them over other guys.
Customer service was exceptional. I was asked if I needed any assistance in finding an item as I stopped to look over a shelf display. I told them I needed to pick up an order. They quickly found the order, processed the check out & I was on my way.

NAPA is always helpful. Needed some DEF and a solenoid for a farm truck. I had to run down to Hermiston for another stop so why not save on some gas and grab a part from NAPA?
