I’ve only rented from Enterprise over the years because I consistently receive good service.

I want to specifically give feedback for the manager at this location. I can tell he truly cares about the customers and his employees. I had one bad experience after two years of renting from here. I shared my experience and he was incredible. He was supportive of his employee AND ensured he acknowledged the issue. He immediately rectified the issue.

In the age of AI, the ability to listen, look someone in the eye and repair an issue is an advantage. I will rent from this location as long as he’s there.
