“Big shout-out to Grace Smith, Lucas, Christian and the rest of the Hillsboro team for truly stellar service and going above and beyond what any other rental car company does. Grace (et al) came up with a novel solution to getting me on the road quickly while my car was being repaired at a local dealership. This is just a great group of folks who seem to recognize that respect, compassion, and accommodation for customers is what solidifies brand loyalty. More than two decades ago, I switched to using Enterprise rentals exclusively for travel and I've never been disappointed with their service anywhere in the country.”
