Grace (et al) came up with a novel solution to getting me on the road quickly while my car was being repaired at a local dealership. This is just a great group of folks who seem to recognize that respect, compassion, and accommodation for customers is what solidifies brand loyalty. More than two decades ago, I switched to using Enterprise rentals exclusively for travel and I've never been disappointed with their service anywhere in the country.”
