“Helvetia Farm Market is such a happy place to be. It was my first time there and I absolutely loved it! The farm store welcomes you with anything your heart could desire from fresh produce, artisanal goods, coffee tea and even wine. My partner and I came for a quick visit and ended up staying for an impromptu picnic overlooking the beautiful rolling hills - he with a chai tea in hand while I sipped on a delicious Savignon Blanc. Flowers are still in full bloom, joyful chickens run about and everyone is in good spirits at this little gem! There were people there with their young kids playing along with people from all walks of life. This is the kind of place anyone can hang out at for a nice day out of the house, and most importantly a great way to support your local farmers and small business owners! ?”
“The best corn dog to ever grace upon my lips. I did not think that this was humanly possible from a General Store in Scholl's but it is! Don't sleep on this place!!! Taste so good it makes a grown man cry. I will never be the same. I am forever ruined!!! All corn dogs are now inferior since I have tried the Petrich Corn Dog! Thank you Petrich's General Store! You have a lifelong customer!!!”
“I am a big fan of Winco. Anyplace that is employee owned will always be my first choice. The Winco bakery has always delivered when it comes to freshness and variety. They are always open and there is plenty of parking.”

“This grocery store specializes in odd lots. This way you usually get a fabulous price on top-shelf products, but they don't last long. It's definitely worth the hunt. I've had some wonderful dinners that I couldn't afford at a restaurant, made with components from Grocery Outlet.
The meat here is good, especially the lamb. The organic beef is always in good condition and consistent. They have had good cheeses, including goat cheese, brie, and grana padano.
Check it out, but don't get upset if they don't have the stuff you see at Walmart. You'll find better items here.”

“Most amazing place in Oregon not just Hillsboro.. I have been going past this spot for so long and see the $1.00 tacos sign and always thought "ya right $1.00 tacos.." and then I had a co worker from Speedy Janes go and grab some and then I tried them and then I went and got some and I was blown away at the amount of food for $1.00 you get and then the market inside and all the fresh sauces and horchata and sides amazing spot and my new go to!!! “I love the selection and wide variety of plants here. My favorites are the flowers and veggie starts from Iwasaki Brothers. I don't understand how the plants can always have one blooming flower with a lot more buds ready to bloom as soon as I get the plant home and in my garden bed.”

“Next time you want to do taco night, come here. Go to the back counter and get carnitas. Get more than you think you need because it is so good. Grab some fresh corn tortillas from the big cooler(warmer in this case) by the hot case, grab some Queso from the fridge or the cheese counter (I used the Queso botanero from the cheese fridge and it was fantastic, highly recommend.), grab some salsa from the salsa fridge next to the hot case(for this I use salsa roja fresca, best for carnitas in my opinion), and get some cabbage, onions, and cilantro from produce. Now go home and fry up some cheesy carnitas tacos and add the salsa and chopped veggies while it’s still hot and melty. Thank me later.”
“The gourmet grocery store in Hillsboro is a perfect place to shop, or eat in their cafe area of the store. I recently met a friend there at 10am for coffee and a bite to eat. The salad bar was stocked with delicious entrees, along with the soup bar with full tureens of at least six different hot pots of fresh soups. There was many tables, and the sun-filled dining room was clean & comfortable for meeting with friends. By the time we left, the lunch crowd had arrived and the hot bar was open. I highly recommend the atmosphere and quality food at Whole Foods Hillsboro. Be careful with your GPS - it seems like you are entering the store's parking lot from the wrong side, but it's got lots of parking and in a convenient part of town.”
“I stopped going because of overpriced items, charging a fee for card, holds of $60+ on my card and the old owners were honestly just extremely rude unprovoked. It’s been about four or five years but I heard there’s new owners so I went to give it a chance and will definitely go back. Better prices for my stuff than other convenient stores in the area as well as shorter distance and the people working now are much more friendly. The only downside was some things in coolers that need restocking but that’s not my business nor a complaint.”
“Super Best store for curbside pickup, Super Fast shopping usually way before needed and caring shoppers when I ask for my fruit and veggies a certain way they honor my order. We like our bananas Green to last longer they do it and my Anaheim peppers Flat they grab the Flat ones for me. The crew who brings out are fast and caring. Thanks”
“I've been going to this farm stand for years, being a family friend. These people put their endure lives work into tending to this farm and the people visiting the farm. It's unfortunate if no one is at the stand when you arrive but let me give you some advice, try again another day, these people have lives outside of tending to you 24/7. And if someone hurt your feelings about COVID-19, too bad, it's not your home, you don't have to be there. As for the animals, they are perfectly happy and healthy, I've been visiting this farm since I was a little kid and have seen nothing short of excellent care for them. Overall I've seen way too many negative reviews for this farm store, I have never heard of anyone being anything short of helpful for anyone who wants to buy produce, or even just visit.”

“Hillsboro premier source of varied glassware and an incredible selection of so many different butane fuels, packaged in wildly colored cans, all made by the same company. Just be aware, that you might have a hard time choosing between: triple filtered, quadruple filtered, quintuple filtered, sextuple filtered, septuple filtered, octuple filtered, decuple filtered.... And now, are you ready for this.. a butane that's been filtered an unbelievably absurd 12 times! In summary, what a wonderful place to let loose the inner tweaker hidden in you.”

“This safeway is easily the biggest location in terms of square footage that I've personally been to. at the same time, they have waayyyy more products and variations of things to fill it. That being said, their shelves are consistently stocked, never bare. This is also the cleanest location I've ever seen! Which is refreshing, and says a lot about the management and the employees' work environment... obviously, they are happy, otherwise theres no way the store would look nearly as good as it does. Andddd the produce section is TO DIE FOR! Photo-worthy even- similar to that you'd find at a New Seasons or Whole Foods.”
“Today I went in to the Fred Meyers fuel center and there's a manager there named London that did a really good job. I had a transaction that had $30 of regular, in mid transaction I wanted to change it to $40 and use my 10 cents discount, and the manager there knew exactly what he was doing. I appreciate the expertise. This place is a good place with him at the helm. I recommend coming here.”

While it’s not as large as some Indian grocery stores, it serves as a convenient and affordable alternative. The shop is easily accessible, located in a quieter area with less traffic. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Parking is limited, but overall, it’s a great spot for everyday Indian staples”
“Whoever made the bagels that were sold today is known in our household as a hero, a savior, an artist. We can tell when someone else makes them and wait until this true master works and puts out their magic in the display case. I can NOT emphasize enough how much these cheddar jalapeño bagels are a beacon of light in this dark scary world. This person deserves a raise and a parade in their honor. “My wife and I upgraded her wedding ring under the Fred Meyer Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan and everything went really well. We were only in town for a little over a week, so we gave them a tall order. We dealt with Andrea and April (store manager) and their customer service was top notch. Andrea ordered in some high-quality diamonds for us to look at. My wife picked out a nice 1.25 ct diamond solitaire and then they sent it out to be mounted into a six-prong, channel setting. We are super happy with the ring! Hats off to Andrea and April for making this a perfect transaction!”
