Customers find high-quality clothing at great and reasonable prices, with a lot of good sales. The location is good and not too far, with lots of options, though some wish the men's selection was bigger. Many staff members are nice, friendly, and always helpful, with no issues reported. However, some customers suggest that when someone looks like they need help, associates should offer to assist more readily instead of chatting with coworkers. The store is a place where many buy the majority of their clothing, and kids' shoes last a long time without damage.
