They had a great sense of style and a great sense of their customers coming in and were both such a joy to work with! 5 stars just for them and 5 stars for all the Ed hardy and other awesome nostalgic brands in there 😭”
“I didn't cross-check the ethical footprint before shopping, but I love the clothes I bought, and they are worth every penny. 4 stars cuz they were shameless in their selling tactics once they realized I was actually buying. Which isn't bad in itself except that when they thought I wasn't buying, the treatment was different.”
“Rue 21 has the latest in fashion, they carry young trendy clothing. They keep up with what is in fashion nowadays. Route 21 also carries a variety of perfumes and Colognes With great sense. Other than that the store was clean and the staff was friendly.”
“Had a decent experience. It's a rather large store so I was a bit lost for a bit. But I noticed there was a man that seemed to be following me and there is always an employee within ear shot so I was able to get guidance to where I needed to go to find what I needed.”

“Came here with my fiance and our baby to get his suit for our wedding coming up. I wish I could remember the lady’s name that helped us, she was great. She did measurements and helped pick out a style that would look best for his build. She even entertained our baby to keep him from crying.”
