I had my ears pierced at Claire’s when I was younger with my grandmother. Today we got my daughter’s done! They look great and I was able to save 40.00 by not going to her pediatric office. She picked out 5 pairs of earrings too. She did great and we are greatly pleased with the exceptional service provided by a Claire’s worker there. Wonderful! We will be dropping by again before Christmas that’s for sure! :)”
“My wife and I upgraded her wedding ring under the Fred Meyer Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan and everything went really well. We were only in town for a little over a week, so we gave them a tall order. We dealt with Andrea and April (store manager) and their customer service was top notch. Andrea ordered in some high-quality diamonds for us to look at. My wife picked out a nice 1.25 ct diamond solitaire and then they sent it out to be mounted into a six-prong, channel setting. We are super happy with the ring! “Ryan is wonderful! She helped my man pick out a spectacular engagement ring, and when I lost the big diamond a few months later she picked me out a perfect diamond to replace it. She even made sure it was done on my timeline because the 3 week standard waiting time was too much for when I needed it by. Always get the insurance folks! I'm sure they take great care of everyone, but it helps them help you if something does go wrong. I always enjoy coming in to get my ring cleaned because it just feels so right in there!
