They go above and beyond to help customers find the right items, even searching other Rent-A-Center locations if an item isn't available. The atmosphere is calming and not stressful. You’d be lost without Randy, just sayin. That man has excellent customer care at the front of everything he does there. He been overwhelmingly patient with me and I’ve become very fond of him and wish him all the best and i only wish to do business with him. Her knows me and my weird ways, lol
