“Staff is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable especially considering it's a specialized store with a lot of technical nuances in multiple industries, from base electronics to computers to microscopes and telescopes and many more in between.
Huge variety of products and items, plenty to choose from.
Used and second hand items, not always in top shape or working condition, but prices are sliced down accordingly and good enough to find great deals for used items.
Such type of store is not easy to find in many other metropolitan areas in the country, simply because it's easier to sell brand new packaged items for high prices, than used bulk items with little to no warranty.”

They were good listeners; understood my financial constraints and I would highly recommend them! “This review is for Gus, the human being—not Verizon, the company.
For the past three months, I have been through an exhausting series of technical and billing problems that disrupted my service, damaged my business, and cost me thousands of dollars.
Gus was the only person at that Verizon store who confidently took ownership of the problem. Other managers had refused to even make an attempt. Gus came in early before his shift, personally handled my situation, and worked through an extremely complicated set of issues until he produced the service and bill I had been trying to get for months.
Verizon makes it very difficult even for store employees to help customers, but Gus did everything I could have asked for and more.
Thank you, Gus. You restored my service, my ability to run my business, and my confidence that someone was finally willing to help.”
