I drove straight to Autozone and Jorden talked me through how to choose the right battery for my needs. He opened the hood and OMG there were components all over the top of the battery. I have a Jeep made in Italy and I'm telling you, it was complicated! He disconnected it in 5 places and removed the battery. Not only did he install the new one, but explained the role the felt rings and electric grease play in keeping my connections good. All this for free. I am elderly, disabled and not a moneybags. This was one of the best experiences I've had at an auto parts store. I will be back. Autozone is my goto from now on. 🙂”
