They have a great selection of really hard to find items like springs, plugs, keyways bearings, and lots of other miscellaneous hardware pieces”

“Bi-Mart is definitely one of my regular stops for hardware, bath and body products, craft supplies, household products, and basic automotive needs. They are big enough to carry the things I regularly need, but small enough that I can gather the things on my list without a time-consuming search. The employees at Bi-Mart are friendly, helpful, and efficient. This is one of my favorite places to shop.”

“Helpful, didn't feel too many intrusive or bothersome vibes, as I often shop slowly and read every label, along with some disabilities that can make shopping harder for me, which at other Walgreens seems to cause some associates to treat me differently or look at me strangely :/ this store is well stocked usually and they will check stock for you and not get on ur tailpipe for shopping near close.. they r open til midnight, which is cool since there's no more 24 hour Walgreens here.”

“I pick up a few prescriptions here 2x a month. The staff working for the pharmacy are always on top of their game, and if I have any issues with a script (liken when I needed a refill, staff offered and called my Dr. for an authorization) or any minuscule questions I may have; they are present and ready to give me an educated answer!
Never a long wait on hold, the friendly employees are always quick to pick up the phone, and if there are any lines inside, the pharmacy staff are extreamly efficient and move fast to get us (customers) in and out with a smile.

“Jacob was great. We recently switched insurance and didn’t realize we had to be in a specific network so they didn’t accept the new insurance for my kiddos medication. Jacob gave me a QR code to find a discount code and gave me the name of the prescription to search for the coupon. All in all great experience even with the business. Definitely understand why they’re busy, they’re actually helping people!! Also the pharmacist, Jake is very kind as well!”

“Wow! New Employees are beyond great! I can't see enough about how much these three employees changed the entire dynamic of the West Salem store! Store was clean, employees were attentive. The gentleman that does the pickup orders is super quick and efficient. I had such a problem with the app again glitching out during my online shopping experience for my pickup order it took me almost an hour to complete it and I was so frustrated. Then at the end the screen said it would be ready the following day rather than what it had said the entire time I was showing which was 30 minutes or less and I was quite frustrated because I needed the items same day and it was evening time but I would not have completed the order had I known I needed to wait till the next day. So when I went into the store I asked if there was any possibility they could make an exception in that I would be willing to help shop for the items if needed and lo and behold I look over and the gentleman had already shopped and bagged my entire order within 10 minutes of placing it. I was so impressed and so thankful. I also had a return of a Christmas gift that I had bought for my daughter that was a substitution on an order that she did not really care for and time got away from me and I was a few days over the 30 day return policy so I asked the manager if there was any way that they could make an exception cuz I go in there a lot and I would be happy with the store credit and she said yes long as you have your license we can do that and was so quick and efficient and friendly. I had had such a hard day and they just made it so much better by making everything work out so easily! I also purchased a few Valentine's gifts for my daughter while I was there and the prices were great everything was 20% off and the gentleman that was working the checkout was friendly and quick and I was just really pleased with all the new employees there, it was a completely different shopping experience. Thank you so much for the superb customer service and your friendly smiles!”
