On one occasion, when I was preparing to leave, I inadvertently dropped $100 on the ground near their desk. I called Monday 7/1. Told Jake (not from State Farm) that I was on a single mom budget. He understood the assignment. Quoted me almost 800 dollars LESS than Les Schwab for the exact same tires I was looking at. the tires came in yesterday evening 7/2, and I got here at 7:45am today. They opened a few minutes early (7:51), I paid at 8:20 (it was about 10 dollars less than what I was quoted!! Wooo) and am getting ready to drive out of here (8:38).
Tim at the counter went over my paperwork and warranty and was very pleasant and professional.
Jake gave me a very fair quote on brakes that I need to replace soon, so I’ll be back :)

“Had a big nail in my tire. It was very hot today and I was super grumpy having to put my spare on. I was greeted warmly, treated fairly, talked to like I was an equal (I’m a female with less than great vehicle experiences when dealing with shops) and in and out in less then 30 minutes. Plus membership made it $0 for it as well! Thanks Jason for everything!”
