“My first experience at an O'Reilly Auto Parts was in Keizer Or. I was purchasing head light bulbs and wiper blades and needed them installed. A young guy named Kevin helped me and I give him 5 stars!! He went above and beyond. My car is difficult to put bulbs in and he was so patient and had the best attitude, a fun experience! This will be my go-to for auto parts! Thank you Kevin and O'Reilly's! Give Kevin a raise $$$$ (he also cleaned my headlight glass, I can actually see now).”
“I come here all the time and all the employees are great people. John helped me today and gave me good info on what I needed for my bronco project, was very helpful, and didn’t waste time either which was fantastic. He needs a raise for sure. 10/10 John is THE MAN???

“The store and employees are great. However, the online price of a 17 dollar item, was 6 dollars more in the store. "Sometimes it is cheaper if you order it online....". Huh??? I went down the road to O'Reilly's and bought 100 bucks of other things, in addition to this part (Which was WAY cheaper. Honestly, probably not the same quality. Same warranty though.) Corporate, you need to fix this price disparity. I will walk out every single time.....Upgraded to 5 stars, because of the reply.”
