I enjoy shopping at Cascade, Keizer because the staff is very friendly, helpful and they have sales often on cat and dog food etc. Feels like back in the day when customer service was important to make shopping more enjoyable. Thank all of at Cascade Farm. I rate 5 stars. I clicked the star but nothing happened.

Jersain was super helpful. I don’t normally get our chicken feed and bedding here. This young man quickly came over to assist me and pointed me directly to both the items I needed! This guy knows what it means to have exceptional customer service. Thank you!!
