From just kabitzing at the counter to purchasing equipment, this shop is at the top. I’m one who likes to dink around with my own equipment, and when I run into a problem, the crew has given me pointers to rescue me on many occasions. You cannot trade the size of a shop for that individualized service you get at Pacific Crest. You are not a just a sale receipt, but I am happy to call Pacific Crest my friends.”
