“Yet again, I appreciate ACE Hardware! Other stores (the big boxes) you just never know if you'll run into someone that cares, has any knowledge at all (even sharing what they hear from customers), etc. But at ACE, at least this one, it's difficult NOT to have someone offer help finding things, advice (or find someone they know might be more knowledgeable), etc. It's just a great experience every time! Do they cost more? A little bit (but not always), but it's worth it!
I almost bought a new grill online for pickup today, but then backed off. Wanted to sleep on it. When I went to pick up some other stuff I'd ordered for pickup, I chatted with a salesperson about the pros and cons of the grill I was looking at. He was super friendly, asked what I typically used my grill for, and provided me with information about best uses for what I currently have and what I was pondering. It validated my reasons for waiting and he thanked me for my current purchase and assured me there would be another sale if I changed my mind.
There's a trust I have with this ACE, as odd as that might sound. Maybe I go there too often (probably average once a month?) but I kind of feel like friends and family when I interact with the employees. Patient, kind, not rushing you or trying to sell you things, good old fashioned customer service!”
“Such a cute place! I spent about an hour just looking at vintage furniture, plants, and to get ideas for my house. I didnt make a purchase because they are pretty expensive. Small parking lot. You can park on the street but 12th st is very busy so be careful crossing!”
“Milton and Enrique took great care of us. My only advise if you're looking for a mattress these days is to confirm how high the mattress and foundation combo is before leaving the store. We needed a shorter foundation due to the height of the mattress and only realized this once everything was delivered.”

“We flew all the way from Florida to visit the Fussy Duck! It did not disappoint! This shop is a whole experience that truly has something for everyone!! Its a beautifully curated collection of new, vintage, and maker-made items ranging from clothes and accessories, toys and gifts, furniture and housewares and the list goes on. What a treat to wander around and see all the fun, whimsy, and beauty.
Make sure to earmark a solid 2 hours. You will need at least that much time if its your first visit. If you're pokey like me, make it 3 hours. The owner is an absolute gem so make sure to have a chat with her before you leave. You can also buy a heart padlock to put on their love gate! I can't wait to come back!”

“I ordered an automatic reclining sofa set here 5-6 years ago. Recently one seat of it broke. Sids staff came out within a couple weeks and repaired the furniture, replaced the broken pieces at no charge to me. Really exceptional service. Respectful staff. Really grateful that they were able to do the repairs.”
