“Brenda, was very professional and knowledgeable, she was able to help me with everything. I had a phone stolen, and she made the calls for me to start a claim, since I didn't have access to my phone. Then she was very helpful in getting me out the door with an upgraded phone...Thank you !!!!!”

“I went in today because my service was not working Taylor Padilla was so awesome he was on the phone with people for about an hour to help get my phone up and running. He made it so friendly and inviting I think he deserves a raise.”

“We had such a fantastic experience at Verizon Keizer Station today! The service was awesome!! Jose Gomez helped us and was a 10/10. When we came back all the others working visited us while we waited for our new phones. We left T-Mobiles service today and are happy we did! Happy to be new to Verizon!”
