“I want to say the entire crew was amazing.. GREAT customer service! I had a kind of strange situation and Francisco and Laura were incredible. They stayed late after closing for over an hour! They could have said sorry we’re closed but they were determined to help me.::And then a few days later I came in with same problem and they didn’t stop until they solved it for me. Can’t say enough about Tony Ariel (spelling?) and anyone else who helped! They were persistent until we got it figured out. Go here for phone needs. “The staffed employee on-site was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as well needed to go through a lot of steps to help me aquire a new Sim card for my phone since I now live overseas. Since my phone is accommodating to dual Sims, I now have an e-Sim for my US number and a physical Sim for my country of residence. The only negative is that the Google listing for store hours needs to be updated as Google has 10:00 AM for opening, when the sign on the door clearly states 11:00 AM.”
