“The staffed employee on-site was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as well needed to go through a lot of steps to help me aquire a new Sim card for my phone since I now live overseas. Since my phone is accommodating to dual Sims, I now have an e-Sim for my US number and a physical Sim for my country of residence. The only negative is that the Google listing for store hours needs to be updated as Google has 10:00 AM for opening, when the sign on the door clearly states 11:00 AM.”
