“I had an unexpected amount taken as an auto-pay that left my account short for paying a very important bill. Instead of processing the check ( causing an NSF and bouncing), I received a phone call informing me of the situation. I was able to get to the bank and make a deposit to cover the check. “I, too, was a B of A customer and was not happy when B of A sold my account to Bank of Cascades. The reviews that you see from 2016 was when Cascades had the bank. They were horrible !!. Since First Interstate took over, I could not be happier. The tellers there go out of their way to be accommodating, even so far as coming out to the drive thru during the Covid lockdown to get your paperwork so as the window can service you quickly. “This branch has been amazing. Been with Chase for a long long time in different cities, but never had to really get creative before working with them. With covid, and I'm in a highest risk group, I've had to ask for a lot of ways to dance with that. And this branch, they STEPPED UP. Everywhere they could offer some dexterity, they did, and they put time into teaching all those ways, and teaching more options. Each time I was able to use the drive through was so helpful to prevent risks, and we worked out ways to maximize drive through efficiently for us all. I'm so darn grateful for their help and advice, from sending wires, getting documents, and other help. I'm impressed and very grateful for all who helped.”
