“I, too, was a B of A customer and was not happy when B of A sold my account to Bank of Cascades. The reviews that you see from 2016 was when Cascades had the bank. They were horrible !!. Since First Interstate took over, I could not be happier. The tellers there go out of their way to be accommodating, even so far as coming out to the drive thru during the Covid lockdown to get your paperwork so as the window can service you quickly. “Edit: I was contacted after this review from the Vice President, Colton Sargent, who apologized for the encounter, he also went out of his way to help me with an ongoing issue. I really appreciated all the effort and help I received, it made me feel appreciated as a customer of this bank.
Let me tell you I avoid this branch like the plaque, I hate coming in here because every time I have they have been so rude. Today was no exception, I have banked here for nearly 20 years and I went into the other branch to get a new card and they said they would call the other branch to let them know I was coming. When I got there the woman behind the counter asked what I was there for and I said a new card. She said I thought so but unfortunately the person who makes the cards is on lunch. I said I would come back then she said she shouldn't be to long so I waited. Mean while she's grilling me on why I need a new card, which is something is already being delt with. I'm waiting and the person who prints the cards shows up and they are sitting there complaining in front of me about how the don't like the other branch sending me over and also what's going on with my bank, right there in front. They always act super put out to help anyone at this branch.”

“This location is off a main road in a shopping center. The employees were very nice, polite, and helpful to my needs during my visit. There was no one waiting when I walked in and they helped me right away. I even saw a dog with goggles on out the passenger window in the drive thru which made the visit even better. If your in the area I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you have any bank needs.”
“Such a change in experience compared to pacific crest. This place gets busy sometimes but the tellers are quick and very knowledgeable and don't struggle to do basic withdrawals... Their ATM's actually work reliably and rogue's rewards structures are second to none. Would highly recommend!
The lady I've been working with in lending has been super helpful navigating a fairly complex mortgage deal as well, wouldn't be getting through it without rogue.”

“Lewis is the Best security officer in town he keeps trouble away from the parking lot there’s a huge homeless issue in Klamath falls people used to dig out of The trash trying to steal peoples documents but the guard keeps anyone from entering the premises if they’re doing loitering and they now have moved to the thunder bird parking lot Which is now being sold so I’m afraid there will be issues if he wasn’t Maintaining the banking grounds I’ve seen him do laps everyday to ensure the safety of the community and the bank”

“Our US Bank here in Klamath Falls is one of the best banks we have. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Good staff, good customers, customers from all walks of life.
However, the condition of the air conditioning has been suffering for years. It's actually quite obvious that the corporate side of US Bank really doesn't care about it's staff or it's customers.
When it's 102° outside and the bank has to close so that the customers and staff can survive the 95° heat in the building says that the corporate side of US Bank could care less. And that's just sad.
We all deserve to be able to handle our finances in relative comfort don't you think?
Fix the climate control in the building.”
