“TJ Maxx is a wonderful place to shop at here in Klamath Falls. It’s always so neat and clean. Everybody is so friendly and nice. They always ask me if I need help or if I found everything all right or offer me a shopping cart.”
“Customer service was fantastic. It was easy to navigate. Easy to walk around. The only thing I have a problem with is when you call it Dollar tree or dollar store or whatever it is. Shouldn't everything in there be a dollar? Not $7 or $10? I mean at that point you might as well just call yourself a regular grocery store. But anyway that's the only problem I have with them. The store itself is nice. It's clean. I will shop there again.”
“Some of the most random stuff is locked away. But there's usually somebody to help nearby during the daylight hours. Tons of checkouts but like four open? Odd. Even the self checkouts seem more like decorations. All in all, it's your typical Walmart experience.”
