The floor installers tried to up-sale me by $3,000+ When that didn't work they left the job early, didn't install the transition, and knocked a piece of plaster off the wall.

The only hardware store we found that had exactly what we needed!! And such fantastic customer service, big HUGE thanks to Braden (I think that's the name, he was at the cashier's desk)!!Our new favourite hardware store!!

Had to come grab a part to finish a job. They were slow but had customers with issue. It took about 20 minutes for the 3 people in line to get checked out. I had help finding my part, but still managed to get the wrong one even with the item it went to. My bad. Nice store though. Will be back when I need hardware in Kfalls.
