“We love the grange. Everyone there is very helpful and pleasant but I want to give a huge shout out to Darius there at the Klamath Falls Oregon Store. Talk about going above and beyond for us! We live an hour and a half away and like to order ahead to make sure what we need is in stock. The system for some reason kept declining our card I contacted my bank and they said it had approved 6 times but nothing was pulled. I then called The Grange and got Darius, he was fantastic he got all the information I gave him and told me he would call me right back, and he did in maybe 5 minutes! All was good and nothing had been pulled just a computer glitch. He then took my order and processed my payment right there in the store. Once I got there he was the gentleman there at customer service. Just an all around great experience. In todays world of horrible customer service, Darius was a breath of fresh air! Thanks for the great service!”

Diamond Home Improvement is a solid spot with a great selection of building materials. We were able to find exactly what we needed quickly and were in and out without a problem. The staff seemed helpful, and the layout made it easy to navigate inside.

The only downside is the parking situation—it’s not a huge lot, so maneuvering a bigger rig or trailer can be a bit tricky. Turning in and out of the location can also be tight, so just plan ahead if you're coming in with a larger vehicle.

Overall, a great store with what you need—just be ready for a bit of a squeeze in the lot.”

“This is a very friendly location. Almost every person in an orange vest asks if you're finding what you need. I am disappointed that there are rarely any cashiers and you have to wait on yourself which is difficult when you're disabled. When I had a frozen screen in the self check I had to wait for help. I mentioned that I was new to the area and I was frustrated with the lack of cashiers at many stores. Her reply was that not everyone was suited for this town. That was the first rude comment I've received since I moved here.”
