I’m from out of town and my phone charger wouldn’t stick in my phone to charge. I don’t have T-Mobile but thought maybe they could help me with directions to a phone repair shop. Not the usual store I come into, came in to upgrade a phone. They caught some errors on my bill, explained them and fixed it! Great customer service, and helped a girl save some more money! Would high recommend them.
