Star was the best. She explained everything as we were going, answer not only my questions but my daughter's questions. Even when we decided to upgrade my daughter's phone halfway thru the process. Star smiled and asked what type of phone and gave us color options. Star's customer service is Harvard quality.

Tonia was amazing, knowledgeable and efficient. I actually went in for a new phone case and she showed me what upgrades I was entitled to for little or no additional $$. This has been my phone store for 16 years, but never have I received such service.
