“I visited the gas station daily and every single time there is always excellent customer service from the gentleman that is outside helping they are always very friendly and willing to help me put gas in my car and wash my windows , The place is extremely clean and all the workers were very friendly. Excellent customer service and definitely this my one spot to get gas.”

“Had some car trouble in LaGrande at 5am and it was -5° outside and I had to walk several miles to get to ExxonMobil witch was the closest open place. Stacy the wonderful lady that was there 1-15-24. Was nicest and kindest person I've met in a long time she let me stay for a few minutes as I was waiting for my fiance to pick me up. She literally probably saved me from frost bite. Very nice lady can't thank her enough and the owners for hiring good hearted people!”

“It’s a larger gas station with a minimart and subway inside. People there are friendly enough, but it’s sometimes very crowded and their fuel prices are high, but they’re high all over La Grande.”
“Okay, they just recently opened. How can people knock them at all for not taking EBT yet? Arby’s just opened a couple months ago right next door and didn’t have their app up and running for over a month. Just wait another week or two and it will be available.”

“If I could give this service station 10 stars I would. I blew a tire just outside the driveway limped in early on a Sunday morning and asked this young man if he could help me, without hesitation he said yes ma’am if you don’t mind waiting in between customers. He took care of the job he was being paid for first and helped me with an attitude and work ethic that you don’t usually see nowadays. There were several people that worked inside the service station store all of who were pleasant and seemingly just enjoying their Sunday morning working away. Thank you Ross I believe you will go far in life?”

“La Grande is a great town and this Flying J has always been one of my favorite ones in the whole Pilot/Flying J ecosystem. I especially want to give a huge shout out to the manager Kevin for skillfully handling an irate customer's complaint today in a way that benefited everyone. That customer was me! The shower reservation feature in the Pilot app either malfunctioned or simply isn't designed properly, because all it took for me to completely wipe out the reservation from my phone by mistake was tapping on the tiny little button on the front screen when my shower was ready. (When you do that in the Love's app it takes you to a different screen that shows your shower number and code in big letters. If the Pilot app was designed to clear your reservation instead, well, that would be just plain STUPID!)”
