“5 minutes on the phone with Jason was already a way better experience than dealing with 2 other mechanics in the area and I could tell he was not in this business to just rake someone over the coals and take their money. When we had to wait for parts, not only did he call around to see if one of the auto part stores could rebuild me the cables to get my vehicle running properly quickly, but he cleaned the battery connection for me to try to ensure that my vehicle wouldn't strand me while we were waiting. In casual conversation, I was picking his brain about things other shops have told me, and issues I am still having even after paying for them to be fixed and out of the kindness of his heart he offered to hook up his senor meter. In about 10 minutes, I had an answer that 2 other shops couldn't figure out even after paying thousands of dollars in repair costs to fix. Let me tell you this guy has a heart of GOLD and he treats his customers like people and he will be honest and doesn't just try to jack you around to get your money! It was a bit of a drive from Bend but so worth it! If you want a shop that will answer your questions, treat you like a human, and give you quality service that is above and beyond then Jason is your guy! If I could give him 10 stars I would.
