“This is the way car buying should always be! Following a horrid experience attempting to purchase a vehicle at Nissan of Portland, I started communicating with the sales team at Chuck Colvin Nissan/Ford on the potential purchase of one of their 2023 Nissan Leafs. Right out of the gate, David Collins offered a fantastic price. When I mentioned that another dealership had come in below David's offer, Rich Germunson, Chuck Colvin's General Sales Manager, not only was able to match it, but beat it by nearly $100. Considering the fact that everyone I spoke with at Chuck Colvin was super responsive and straightforward, I really preferred to purchase from them, so the fact that they were also the lowest offer was the cherry on top. David was out for the holidays when we got ready to make a decision, so he handed us over to Tim Richardson who sent over a quote with all of the final numbers so there were no surprises. Tim treated us like absolute gold from arrival until we drove off the lot in our new vehicle about 2 hours later. Once we were handed off to their Finance Manager, Sean Frith, there were absolutely no games, no attempts to upsell, and he was as pleasant as can be (which was a nice change from past dealerships we've worked with). Chuck Colvin prides itself on being family owned and run, and it really does show. Tim did a wonderful job of showing us the ins and outs of our vehicle and the dealership itself, and welcomed us into the Chuck Colvin family... a family we are happy to now call our own. “The good people at Muffler Works repaired the exhaust leak on our 1964 AMC Rambler American 440. The mechanic determined we had a leak at the flange connecting to the stock manifold and that the entire exhaust system did not need replacing thereby saving us a lot of money. Thank you very much Muffler Works for the excellent exhaust repairs and excellent customer service.”

I’d like everyone to know that CARLOS was the owner of this amazing repair shop! But his family and kids moved away to the East side of the USA and he no longer owns this place. EDDIE bought the company and has been destroying Carlos’s reputation/company name and all the amazing years Carlos put into his business and took care of his customers.
Please know that Auto Crew Car Care Center would not truly do any customer dirty. Carlos took care of his clients and charged at suuuch a great price! It’s so sad that he moved away because I haven’t been able to trust any mechanic since. I went to Carlos for many many years! He took care of all my cars and all my family and friends. Eddie I will say.. isn’t treating the continuation of Carlos’s business good. I just really want everyone to know so you have the real info on this place!! And to not bash the business name for Carlos, but to hold Eddie accountable and responsible for the bad service.”
“Love Les Schwab. They always help fill my tires with air and have even changed my windshield wipers. It took me 2 hours to replace 1 and Les Schwab did it in less than 30 seconds. I just got my oil changed there and need new tires by the end of the year. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.”
“I popped into Newberg collision and glass yesterday with a question. My car seemed to have a sprung passenger door. Gabe and Noah both came out and took a look at the issue. I was seeking an estimate of repairs. They examined the door , lubricated it and gave me some instructions on how to further loosen the door. I offered to pay for the service. They indicated no charge. I was very impressed with their smiles and helping attitude. They were clearly a 5 out of 5!! Gerber should be proud to have these young men on their team. Mark”
