“A couple of weeks ago we called AAA for someone to tow an old scooter my boyfriend and I were restoring. Lando from Crown Towing & Repair arrived quickly. In addition to being friendly and personable, he took great care to make sure the scooter was securely attached to his truck in such a way that it would not tip over and be further damaged. We asked questions which he answered knowledgably.
The tow was from North Porth to outer Southeast and Lando made sure to confirm the delivery address before heading out. We drove separately and he arrived just minutes after we did.
I would highly recommend this young man for future tow jobs due to his responsible care of our property and for his excellent customer service.”

For those with the preferred rider membership you will probably have to remind the clerk to add that to your order because even when your account is pulled up it will not automatically be added. It’s not unique to this location. I’ve been to 5 locations in the PNW and every single one of them I’ve had to remind them to make sure to add the discount. So 2 stars for the membership bs one has to wade through just to have it and 5 stars for the product selection and employee assistants. Average 4 start.”

“Fix Auto did an excellent job with my repair. They were very upfront about pricing and their invoicing was super detailed. They were also quite easy to work with alongside my insurance company. No hiccups at all. They communicated every step of the way and even got my car finished a day early, which was nice. I would recommend them if you are in an accident and need some body work completed.”

“Definitely recommend Cycle Gear in Beaverton, OR. Super nice and helpful owner and employees. Lots of inventory with the exception of women’s gear (very limited selection of pants). Not sure, but guessing that’s more of an industry issue (and very frustrating for female riders). I did find a pair of riding jeans that were just what I was looking for which I was very thankful to be able to try on before purchasing (ordering on line is such a crap shoot…even at the store: tried on two types of very similar RevIt jeans, same size but one I could just barely get into, the other was so big I was swimming in them…again, an industry frustration). Would love to see Cycle Gear explore more quality options/companies that focus on female riders!”

“I had smashed the side-view mirror on my 2024 Kona. This is a complex component, with camera, blind-spot detection, etc. The dealership quoted me $1300+ to repair it, but the guys at Comfort Auto realized that it wasn't really broken - just smashed in such a way that a few unbroken parts had popped apart. They repaired it by carefully popping it back together, and didn't charge me anything.”

“Earlier this year I was hit and it crushed the front left fender and suspension as well as put deep scratches all down the left side. Alpina replaced everything necessary as well as matched my paint perfectly and blended it seamlessly. They also were super helpful throughout the process, walking me through it and explaining everything. They went above and beyond by even touching up small scratches and buffing the whole car. “Bob Thomas Carstar Collision took good care of my Tesla Model 3 after a collision and was on track to get the repairs finished until StateFarm Insurance turned it into a “total loss” designation - I was treated very well by the front desk staff and Nelson who managed my car and communicated with me directly until the insurance determination. I am very disappointed that I could not have the car repaired as it was still drivable. I give high marks to this shop and highly recommend them for auto collision repair.
