Took over an hour of their time each day going through each coin individually, gave a fair price and went over value of each item and why it was priced that way. “I placed an order for several items on October 26, 2023. I received my items a week later with free shipping. All my items arrived well packaged and accounted for.Fast forward to today, 11/15/2023. I went detecting with my new gear, which were the Nokta finds pouch, I bought two of them. While out detecting today, I noticed that one of my pouches had a manufacturing defect. One of the zipper pockets was actually stitched together and it would not open to the pocket. I came home and called out to the store and got Bob and his associate on the line. Let me tell you, they immediately apologized and are sending me out a new pouch. They were super nice and helpful. Very very easy process, I wish all customer service issues were handle this easily.Also, I was on the market for the Nokta Legend LG 12x9 coil. I searched all over and could not find it. I do not like to use Amazon because I like to support US small businesses for my hobby purchases. These guys had in stock and got it out to me. Outstanding website, outstanding customer service, and very nice to talk to. I will absolutely be using them for my metal detecting needs!!Update: As I am writing this review, my new pouch has already shipped and I was sent a notification and tracking number. “Very cool these places still exist I often remember going to these frequently other child begging my parents drive me over the booster packs. I would hate to see bricks and mortar stores go away where you don't get the shopping experience. It just so fun to be able to go in and look around and see other people excited about what you're excited about such a difference experience than just buying online. Everything is MSRP not seeing a lot of great deals with these shops you want to pay over location such as target or Walmart. So you can definitely come support a business that much so deserves it and have a little fun in the process.”

“I needed petrie dishes for a time sensitive project. After I discovered another large supplier in the area didn't have the listed items in stock, I tried Nurnberg. I was willing to take only half the number I wanted, but then Abbie managed to locate a second sleeve, and even gave me a warning callback when she discovered they would be closing an hour early! Amazing service and, I should add, less than half the price per unit I was quoted elsewhere.”

“It's primarily a comic book store, but they do have nice offerings of figurines and posters too. I do like that they sell Japanese products too, like manga and anime figures. They also sell sealed trading card products (they don't sell singles). Staff is very nice too!”
“Excellent model train store. Best selection of O gauge I’ve found in ages, but of course it has a plethora of the smol stuff also. Top shelf service as well. Other stores have to “call a guy” when instead, Whistle Stop has their own in-house tech. Definitely coming back.”

“I brought a couple of 4' x 8' sheets of plastic in to be ripped to 34" wide. Even though they were busy, they accommodated my request (at no charge) and completed the cuts in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend TAP for their expertise and superior customer service.”

The amount of affordable magic related items is wonderful, there isn't much markup and there is a wide array of singles, boxes, commander decks, and packs. They of course also have a plethora of other card game goodies any player may need like deck boxes and sleeves.”

I had a dire need to sell some silver/sterling silver, which I learned from a phone call and talking with Stuart, was what they were mostly in the market for. They welcomed me and set about to evaluate and assess my offerings Debby doing the initial evaluation and Stuart filling in to look at the sterling silver. Now understand, I was not there expecting to get spot prices, or to recoup what I personally had invested. That said they did make me fair offers, which I gladly accepted. Such a positive experience. I highly recommend Westside C & C to anybody buying or selling silver or foreign paper money.”
