“Can we please take a moment to thank or be kind to our Rite Aid pharmacist, tech and sales person? I don't often stand in line and hear people being rude, but I did today and it makes me so disheartened when this staff gets treated like garbage. Hey, I get it, people are impatient they have things to do. But so do all the other people waiting, helping or servicing. I just want to shout out Lenon the pharmacist who always checks to see how I'm doing, several of the techs who when they see me immediately know if I'm picking up for my kids or myself, and always are friendly, and the sales people who today kindly commented on my outfit. A second of kindness is all it takes. What do you get out of making someone else angry and miserable? And for the dude who was rude to the tech, what he didn't know or ASK, was that the neighborhood lost its power in the late afternoon until close to midnight. The pharmacy team had to do a massive catch up of orders and existing meds. Give each other grace, it's the least you'd want for yourself. Also, I seriously always appreciate this rite aid for always having our RX stocked and always serving with a friendly demeanor. I know retail pharmacy isn't easy, keep up the great work, y'all.”

“They filled my prescription within the 30 minutes they told me it would take. The man who took my prescription even helped me find a coupon for a discount on my meds.Compare this to Costco where I waited 45 minutes only to be finally told they were out of stock!Costco may be cheaper but the service is terrible. I’m coming to this Lake Oswego Safeway pharmacy from now on.”

“This Safeway is my go to place for groceries. I've been doing the drive up and go for a little while now. When I got home after picking up my most recent order I noticed 3 bags worth of items missing. I called the store and Alicia Curry the Director (or manager, I can't remember) answered the phone. The day way very hectic and busy for me, so I asked if I could have the store deliver the items for free the following morning. She said the store doesn't deliver, but that she would be happy to bring the groceries to me once she got off work. I said no and that I could get them in the morning, but she kept insisting that she wanted to bring them to me, so I said okay. She turned my negative experience into a positive one and I appreciate the effort she made for me.”

“I was visiting Portland over the last three days from the Bay Area. I realized I had forgotten to pack my prescription drugs so I visited this pharmacy Tuesday morning to see whether I could obtain three days worth of my drugs to tide me over through my visit. The pharmacist whose name I believe was Troy could not have been more helpful. He contacted the doctors and my drug insurance plan and obtained a supply of all the drugs I needed within about three hours. I am forever in his debt! And the other multiple staff I interacted with in the pharmacy and checkout desk were also very polite and friendly. Kudos to the staff for their superior customer service!”
