“Huge selection of beverages a great store and they sell Kratom along with many other tobacco products including glassware not that I smoke but they have it if you are looking for it. It's a Nice little store. Parking is something to be desired due to how fast people drive around the bend. It is a Great Area to retire though. Lots of places to fish, Hike, camp, Raft, Boat, places to eat, Scenic drives, Bars, Bars and Sports Bars in the neighboring town of Mill City. Nature galore, Bird Watching is abundant. Golf course in Lyons off of Northfork Rd. and another in Stayton. Help this place grow become a local they are very friendly here.Prior before the fire, I use to watch them practice Area Controlled Burns from my Bedroom Window. Thank goodness for all that clear-cutting they did along the river and in certain areas before the big fire. Plenty of land for sale and houses.”
“We were camping at Detroit lake and had to restock some groceries. This dollar general was the closest major grocery store. A lot of empty freezer sections. Reasonable prices considering the area and location”

“In the later 80s early 90s, my mom worked here and I LIVED off the pizza pockets. I still crave them. I live in Nevada now and haven't had one in over 30 years. Can you tell me what company supplies them to you??? I WANT ONE SOOOOOOO BAD!!”
