I have had several accounts here since they were Sterling bank. The staff is friendly and helpful and I rarely have to wait in line for a teller. Since they came back to “normal” banking hours it has been even better.

Very friendly staff struggling with a horrid system. Expect long waits, not in lines, but as the tellers try and do anything outside of a deposit.
