“Great gym!! My son has been going there for a couple years. I recently joined after they opened their new location with all the extra amenities like cold plunge, sauna and weights. Impact has great staff and are super welcoming to everyone. If you ever wanted to try out BJJ I don’t think there is a better more welcoming gym.”

“Older and tired but acceptable sports complex.Lower main gym was good ... great diffused natural light on a rainy day, okay seating and facilities, stair and elevator access to the lower gym floor. Toilets were deep inside team locker rooms so a long walk for older spectators. The annex gym was pretty ghetto ... think a dept of corrections gym, no seating, no windows, only half the lights worked, the LOW ceiling had 10 percent of the layin ceiling tiles missing with another 5 percent dangling precariously ready to fall onto the volleyball players below. Very limited parking .. no ADA parking close by.”
“Just an amazing amazing gym. And the owner Dennis is just a prince of a person. He really cares about his members and puts his heart and soul in creating a great experience for his members. All the equipment is maintained very well. And they have plenty of weight machines free weight, and great state of the art cardio equipment. And the lady’s who work the front are so very helpful and nice. This is by far staying my home gym.”

“Nice gym. Cleaner than most that I’ve been do. Good selection of equipment. I especially like the Hydro massage chairs.

This place is obsessed with cleanliness.
Also, the management is obsessed with customer service.
I’ve been to lots of gyms in lots of cities over more than 30 years and this one’s the best I’ve ever been to.
They recently got a whole new set of machines that are state-of-the-art.
Plus, the Hydro chairs, Cryo chairs, massage chairs, redlight therapy machines, tanning booths, etc.”
